Studies show that vigorous exercise can help heal your heart. If you have had heart disease, be sure to get at least 30 minutes a day of intense exercise.

This article makes a case for adding lateral lunges. They make a good arguement and I have added them into my routine.

Here are some great tips on improving your digestion. I have decided to incorporate the no water with a meal and am also chewing my food more after reading this article.
