Paleo Challenge

For the past couple of weeks I have been having difficulty sticking with my paleo diet. Perhaps it is because I got down to 10% body fat and as a result I have more cravings for junk food. Perhaps it is because I have been traveling a lot lately and it is difficult to stick to the paleo diet when not cooking your meals in your own kitchen. Perhaps it is because I haven’t been properly motivated. No matter what the reason, I plan to put an end to all this cheating.

Similar to the whole 30 challenge, I have decided to go hardcore paleo for 25 days (starting yesterday). If I manage to stick to 100% paleo for the next 23 days, I should definitely lose the last 5 pounds I have been trying to drop. I’ll let you know how my Paleo 25 day challenge is going each week. Two days down, 23 more to go.

How long is the longest you have gone paleo without cheating at all?

  1. Good for you! I’ve been eating gluten for the last 2 weeks like it’s going out of style, and I can DEFINITELY tell the difference. Maybe I need to try a challenge like you’re doing…

    • Keep up the good work! The first few days are the hardest, it is all downhill form here. I feel so much better when I follow gluten free. I hope you are feeling the same benefits.
