My name is Wayne Atwell and welcome to my blog. The purpose of this website is to help people learn about fitness, health and exercise. Some of the topics that I am most knowledgable about and will be discussing the most are diet/health, weight training, weight loss, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. After several failed attempts to lose weight, I successfully lost and kept off 35 pounds and am now down to 10% body fat. I look forward to helping all of you reach your fitness goals.
