Fitness Achievement Unlocked: Over 100 Handstand Push Ups 24 Hours
Today I reached a new accomplishment, I was able to do over 100 hand stand push ups in one day. To be specific I did 120. Lately I have been working on doing a lot more body weight exercises. A few weeks ago I did a push up routine that helped me bulk up and gain a lot of strength. Recently I have been focusing on handstand push ups and pull ups. They are both great exercises that work a ton of muscles. It has only been a few days since I started doing these exercises every day and I am already noticing that my arms are bigger and more well defined.
